Bronchial Steam Blend by the oz.

Ingredients:

• Organic Eucalyptus
• Organic Rosemary
• Organic Thyme

This package is enough for 4 steams. Put the amount in a pot of hot water. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes. You can let it sit for a few moments but you want the water to be steaming when you lean over and cover your head with a towel to keep the steam in. Be careful to it doesn't get too hot. Let out some steam here and there if you find it gets too hot.

Inhale deeply.
