So great to find Organic Cinnamon

This Cinnamon is the true cinnamon that is so good for baking. Nice dark color and a Traditional cinnamon taste, not faint, like some that taste like bark..

the vietnamese cinnamon is quite different from the ceylon, which is more like what i am used to.....they are both quite good and seem fresh. i'm a little surprissed that the vietnamese has the same name, it tastes so different...
