Ceylon powder cinnamon

I appreciate that Rosemary's Garden carries "cinnamomum verum"/cinnamon powder ceylon. Herbalists have told me that it is low in coumarin, a substance that can stress the liver, kidneys and the blood. Coumarin is found in common cinnamon varieties ("cassia"). I use the cinnamon ceylon to support healthy blood sugar levels and for it's antioxidant qualities.
