- Each ounce of this herb will yield about 4 TBS . If you are going to drink this tea on an ongoing basis, say 1 cup each day for 1 month, and if you use about 1 TBS of root per cup of water, you will need about 8 ounces of this root to last the month.
- Simmer 10-15 minutes with lid on. Strain and enjoy.
