For that time when your lungs feel heavy and you just want to relax. You can even steam with this blend to open up the air passages. Just be sure you don't get too hot under the towel when you steam.
This tea will make approximately 36 cups of tea if using 1 tsp per cup of water and 12 cups of tea if using 1 TBS per cup of water.
3 tsp = 1 TBS
Basic recipe for making your own loose-leaf tea is to use anywhere from 1 tsp to 3 tsp (1 TBS) per cup of water, depending on your need and desire.
For teas with leaves and flowers, add hot water to your herbs, cover and let sit to steep (infuse) for 5-15 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. Remove lid and strain into your drinking vessel.
For teas with barks, roots and berries, cover and simmer (decoct) the herbs in water for 5-15 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. Remove lid and strain into your drinking vessel.
