This formula quickly opens the sinus cavity, supporting respiration with the changing seasons. Submerse cotton swab into solution and lightly dab inner nostrils. May also be applied to bridge of nose or chest. For neti pot, add 4 drops diluted in distilled water.

couldn't sleep without it

My first experience trying a sinus blend. It is very pleasant and not overpowering as in my work place strong scents are not permitted,therefore I may apply it in the day time.My sinus area is clearing up. I am going to give it a go in the neti - pot I am confidant it will be helpful. I follow the instructions and tips from other user reviews,it works. Thank you
