Oh, dry brushing is such a wonderful, quick and easy thing to do for yourself!

  1. Take all your clothes off.
  2. Stand in the sun on your deck or porch if this is possible and the weather is warm enough.
  3. Hold the bristle brush that is soft enough for you in you hand.
  4. Start brushing your body in circular motion clockwise towards your heart.
  5. Enjoy the new sensation as you get rid of all that dead skin and increase your circulation.


  6. Such an easy and effective way to start the day after the morning walk!

    You can add a drop or two of your favorite Essential Oils (pick one that allows straight application to the skin) before starting to brush.
