Rosemary's Garden own tea blend specifically made with Organic and Wildcrafted herbs to help ease your pain. Please note that the blend now has Wild Lettuce instead of the Wood Betony.

This tea will make approximately 48 cups of tea if using 1 tsp per cup of water and 16 cups of tea if using 1 TBS per cup of water.
3 tsp = 1 TBS
Basic recipe for making your own loose-leaf tea is to use anywhere from 1 tsp to 3 tsp (1 TBS) per cup of water, depending on your need and desire.
For teas with leaves and flowers, add hot water to your herbs, cover and let sit to steep (infuse) for 5-15 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. Remove lid and strain into your drinking vessel.
For teas with barks, roots and berries, cover and simmer (decoct) the herbs in water for 5-15 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. Remove lid and strain into your drinking vessel.
