Opens & decongests sinus & lungs. Increases circulation & movement. Helps to heal infected & inflamed mucous membranes. A mild expectorant.

Apply to cotton swab, undiluted, then apply to the inside of nostrils. Can also be applied to outside of nose & sinus areas being careful to avoid the eyes. For chest congestion, rub a small amount directly to chest. Use sparingly with children. For chronic allergy symptoms, try Simplers Nettle-Radish compound extract. Contains therapeutic grade essential oils of organic Eucalyptus globulus, organic Rosemary cineol & organic Inula in a base of organic Jojoba.
