Calm Your Cramps Tea Blend (3 oz. of this tea blend will make many cups of healing tea.)

Calm Your Cramps Tea soothes and eases cramps for everyone. Excellent for menstrual cramps. Contains organic or wildcrafted Black Haw, Black Cohosh, Cramp Bark, Muira Puama, Wild Yam, Star Anise, Cinnamon chips, Ginger root, Jamaican Dogwood and Anise seed. Use 1-2 teaspoons of herb for each cup of water. Decoct by simmering for 10 -15 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Feel Better.
