Description: HERB PHARM prepares their Peppermint Spirits from the dried leaves and the aromatic essential oil of Mentha piperita plants which are Certified Organically Grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.

To assure optimal potency, aroma & flavor HERB PHARM blends Peppermint leaf extract with Peppermint essential oil. The leaves are harvested when the plants are starting to flower, are carefully shade-dried, and then promptly extracted. The essential oil is steam-distilled (solvents are never used) from the fresh (undried) flowering tops.

HERB PHARM Peppermint is never fumigated or irradiated.
