Description: HERB PHARM prepares their Alfalfa extract from the leaf of Medicago sativa plants which have been Certified Organically Grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.
To assure optimal extraction of Alfalfa's bioactive compounds, the herb is harvested before flowering, is carefully shade-dried, and is then shipped directly to the HERB PHARM laboratory and thoroughly extracted.
HERB PHARM Alfalfa is never fumigated or irradiated.
